When Helen asked me to contribute a piece to this project, the first thing that came to mind was:  shells.  As a childhood hobby I, I made shell jewelry.  Of course, I hadn’t actually practiced that craft  for over 50 years.  But the waves of the secret sea within whispered, silently calling me.
