I would just like to reiterate what my piece says: my uterus is personal property and I would appreciate it if those who are not directly attached to my uterus please keep your ideas of what should be done or not done to my uterus to yourself. I will do the same. Every woman should have the right to control what happens to her body. Politicians particularly those who do not have a uterus (since they can’t make an informed decision about such things) should keep their opinions to themselves. I am of that certain age where I remember vividly what took place prior to Roe V. Wade.

It breaks my heart that there are men & women out there who are crusading to turn the clock back on women’s rights! Please consider this carefully.
